Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept refunds. Please purchase with a purpose. But if there is a problem with your purchase, let us know within 3 days so we can make it right again.
All custom furniture and home decor items are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defected items.
If any items do need to be returned for any reason, the refund is valid for in-store credit only.
All prices online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local law. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.
We do not share your information with third parties. Your payment information is kept private through Square guidelines.
Once I place my order, how long will it take to receive it?
It depends on the shipping you choose at checkout. Once we make, pack, and send your item.
